Senior Product Analyst

Core responsibilities:

• Take ownership of the end-to-end data analysis lifecycle for all product features, user behavior patterns, and critical metrics within our mobile application
• Work in close collaboration with Product Managers, engineers, designers, program teams and other cross-functional teams to shape product roadmap and prioritize features
• Oversee and manage ETL (Extract, Transform, Load) processes, ensuring seamless and accurate flow of data between various data sources, data warehouse, and analytics tools
• Develop and maintain comprehensive dashboards, insightful reports, and compelling presentations that effectively communicate complex data findings to stakeholders
• Define, track, and consistently monitor key performance indicators (KPIs), critical success metrics, and overall product health indicators

This role creates positive change by transforming complex data into actionable insights that directly inform product strategy and enhance user experience across mobile platforms, ultimately helping smallholder farmers use technology and data to build prosperous communities.

Required qualifications:

• Advanced SQL and BigQuery proficiency for large-scale data extraction, manipulation, and analysis
• 4-5 years of dedicated experience in product analytics, data analysis, or similar quantitative role, preferably within mobile or technology industry
• Graduate/Post Graduate degree in data science or any quantitative discipline such as computer science, operational research, economics, business analytics, statistics, quantitative finance
• Deep understanding of product development lifecycle with strong user-centric thinking approach
• Outstanding communication skills to translate complex technical data into actionable recommendations for both technical and non-technical audiences
