Senior Product Advisor - Utilities - 25350

• Lead meetings with clients to address current needs and anticipate future needs for software solutions
• Partner with and direct team members to develop and deliver products and services to clients
• Prototype solutions alongside the software engineering team
• Provide technical support to transmission and interconnection teams at ISO, utility, and project developer clients
• Identify, develop, and grow opportunities with existing and new clients

Your work will help grid operators and utilities deploy novel solutions to address interconnection backlogs and deploy renewable energy projects, accelerating the transition to a reliable, decarbonized grid.

• Strong reputation in transmission planning and/or generation interconnection with hands-on experience in industry-standard software tools
• Deep understanding of ISO and utility transmission planning and/or generation interconnection study processes
• Strong business acumen and eagerness to explore innovation in technology, products, and business models
• Strong interpersonal skills to establish and grow relationships with clients
• High motivation, self-direction, and ability to collaborate with internal and external teams
• Demonstrated business development results and success preferred
• Previous experience managing a team at an ISO, utility, project developer, or engineering consulting firm preferred
• Strong analytical problem-solving skills and/or STEM degree preferred
