Senior Process Automation Engineer

Core responsibilities:

• Design, develop, test, and commission industrial process automation systems for the Nutrition Plant Engineering Division in North America
• Serve as technical lead on assigned projects, managing automation and electrical engineers while collaborating with cross-functional teams
• Support sales activities including customer meetings, pre-sales technical support, cost estimation, and proposal development
• Commission instrumentation, electrical, and control systems at customer sites, providing technical troubleshooting and on-site support

This role contributes to engineering solutions that serve critical industries including food and beverage, pharma, and dairy, helping to build sustainable systems and lasting careers while supporting essential production processes.

Required qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Automation Engineering, Instrumentation Engineering, or related field
• 5+ years of experience in a similar automation engineering role
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills with strong interpersonal, leadership, and customer service abilities
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite and related software tools, with preference for Rockwell Automation hardware and software experience

Compensation and benefits:

• Base pay range: $110,000 - $130,000 per year
