What you will drive

Core responsibilities:

  • Design, develop, test, and commission industrial process automation systems for the Nutrition Plant Engineering Division in North America
  • Serve as technical lead on assigned projects, managing automation and electrical engineers while collaborating with cross-functional teams
  • Support sales activities including customer meetings, pre-sales technical support, cost estimation, and proposal development
  • Commission instrumentation, electrical, and control systems at customer sites, providing technical troubleshooting and on-site support

What makes you a great fit

Required qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Automation Engineering, Instrumentation Engineering, or related field
  • 5+ years of experience in a similar automation engineering role
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with strong interpersonal, leadership, and customer service abilities
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite and related software tools, with preference for Rockwell Automation hardware and software experience
