Senior Pricing Analyst

• Analyze customer, claims, market, and financial data to identify pricing opportunities, risks, and trends.
• Develop, enhance, and maintain pricing models that support acquisition, renewal, and portfolio decisions.
• Translate complex data into clear, evidence-based recommendations for stakeholders across commercial, finance, product, and leadership teams.
• Support pricing governance, regulatory compliance, and customer outcome considerations, including Consumer Duty expectations.

This role helps determine how we price, grow, and optimise products used by millions of customers across the UK, contributing to a greener, fairer future by creating an energy system that doesn’t rely on fossil fuels.

• Experience in pricing, analytics, actuarial, data science, finance, consulting, or another commercial analytical role.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with confidence working with large datasets.
• Advanced Excel skills and practical experience using Python, SQL, R, or similar tools.
• Strong commercial awareness and understanding of how pricing decisions affect growth, retention, margin, and customer value.
