Senior Power System Studies Engineer (Bucharest/ Remote from Romania)

• Develop and implement designs for power system components, including substations, transformers or renewable projects.
• Perform power system studies and analyses, including load flow, short circuit, arc-flash, stability, and reliability assessments.
• Conduct power system modeling and simulations to identify and resolve potential issues.
• Ensure all designs and projects comply with industry standards (e.g., IEC, IEEE, NERC), company policies, and regulatory requirements.

This role contributes to the development and optimization of power systems, including renewable energy projects, which supports the transition to more sustainable and reliable energy infrastructure.

• Assist in the planning, scheduling, and execution of power system projects.
• Coordinate with project managers, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure timely project completion.
• Prepare cost estimates, project reports, and resource allocation plans.
• Prepare technical documentation, including design drawings, specifications, and maintenance procedures.
