Senior Policy Researcher / Director – Emerging Technologies

Core responsibilities:

• Lead research on emerging technology policy
• Manage and mentor a small team of researchers and project staff
• Produce well-evidenced written outputs, including reports, policy briefs, and articles
• Engage with policymakers, practitioners, and experts across sectors

This role creates positive change by leading research on emerging technology policy and engaging with policymakers to inform evidence-based decision-making.

Required skills, experience, qualifications:

• Senior-level experience in policy research or related field
• Experience managing and mentoring teams
• Strong research and writing skills for producing reports, policy briefs, and articles
• Ability to engage with diverse stakeholders including policymakers and experts
