Mission
What you will drive
Core responsibilities:
- Build and manage partnerships with donor organizations, international organizations, foundations, bilateral and multilateral aid agencies, and other organizations interested in supporting J-PAL SEA's missions to ensure that policy is informed by evidence
- Represent J-PAL SEA in high-level forums, conferences, workshops, and meetings to present sector-specific knowledge accumulated by J-PAL
- Coordinate technical assistance for policymakers in government and civil society to promote evidence adoption and replication of rigorously evaluated programs
- Assist Executive Director in setting up Objective and Key Results (OKRs) for Policy, Communication and Training vertical and ensure OKRs are met by PCT staff

What makes you a great fit
Required qualifications:
- Master's degree with strong academic record in economics, public policy, development, or a related field
- Five years or more of relevant experience in policy and program design, project management, team management, and preferably partnership development
- Attention to detail and advanced writing and presentation skills in English and Indonesian, with ability to communicate results in a visually attractive manner
- Strong skills in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint, with people management and time management skills
