What you will drive
- Monitor and analyze policy, legislative, and regulatory developments across the region relevant to the business.
- Design and maintain a centralized, structured, and searchable database of key policy documents, regulatory filings, and legislative timelines.
- Produce high-quality policy briefs, impact assessments, and strategic recommendations to support Communications and Government Relations.
- Engage early with stakeholders on potential policy and regulatory changes affecting Hitachi Energy businesses.

Profile
What makes you a great fit
- Bachelor’s degree in science, Engineering, Energy, Public Policy, Political Science, or related field with 10-15 years of relevant sector experience.
- 5-8 years of relevant experience in policy analysis, regulatory affairs, or government relations, in the power sector.
- Deep understanding of the region and associated policy and regulatory frameworks and processes.
- Strong writing, research, and communication skills, with the ability to translate complex issues into actionable insights.
