Mission
What you will drive
Core responsibilities:
- Intellectually guide the evolution of the OECD fragility framework, including the measure of fragility and its usability for development, peace and stability purposes
- Lead the States of Fragility report series, including managing the production process, drafting, and overseeing content quality
- Lead on the production of guidance, handbooks, and intellectual work pertaining to development, peace and security areas
- Ensure the OECD's and INCAF's knowledge base on fragility, conflict and violence remains cutting-edge and informed by new research

Profile
What makes you a great fit
Required qualifications:
- An advanced university degree in economics, development economics, political science, international relations, statistics or other relevant discipline
- At least five years of professional experience working on development co-operation related to conflict, fragility and security
- Demonstrated expertise in data management, multidimensional framework review or design, analytics and visualization
- Proficiency in the use of "R" statistical software and Python or similar tools, including dashboards (e.g., R Shiny) would be an asset
