Senior Plumbing Designer

• Design plumbing systems for commercial, institutional, healthcare, and other complex facilities, including domestic water, sanitary, storm, vent, natural gas, medical gas, and specialty plumbing systems.
• Perform engineering analyses, calculations, equipment selections, and system studies; prepare construction documents including plans, specifications, schedules, and technical documentation.
• Coordinate plumbing systems with architectural, structural, mechanical, electrical, and specialty disciplines; review drawings for quality, constructability, code compliance, and technical accuracy.
• Collaborate with project managers, architects, engineers, contractors, vendors, and clients throughout all phases of project delivery; support construction administration by responding to RFIs, reviewing submittals, and resolving technical issues.

• 8+ years of plumbing engineering or plumbing design experience within the AEC consulting industry.
• Demonstrated experience designing plumbing systems for healthcare or other complex facilities; experience with medical gas systems strongly preferred.
• Advanced proficiency with Revit, AutoCAD, and/or Bluebeam; strong knowledge of plumbing codes and standards.
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related discipline, or equivalent experience; Professional Engineer (PE) or Certified Plumbing Designer (CPD) preferred.
