Required qualifications:

• 3+ years of experience in HR/People Operations with focus on recruiting in tech/startup environments
• Proven track record in scaling teams and implementing recruitment strategies
• Strong knowledge of German labor law and HR best practices
• Excellent communication skills in both German and English
