What makes you a great fit
- 5+ years as a strategic HR Business Partner, People and Performance Partner (or equivalent) in a high-growth or complex global organization
- Proven track record of partnering with senior leaders to shape people strategies, organization design, and workforce planning
- Hands-on experience coaching managers, running performance management processes, and embedding development frameworks
- Demonstrated ability to drive engagement, inclusion, and culture-building initiatives with measurable results
