What you will drive

  • Build predictive models for turnover risk, performance, engagement, and promotion readiness

Profile

What makes you a great fit

  • 6+ years experience in people analytics, data science, or organizational psychology
  • Advanced statistical modeling and machine learning in R or Python
  • Experience with survey design, psychometrics, and employee research
  • Master's degree in I-O Psychology, Statistics, Data Science, or related field (or equivalent experience)

Compensation at Joby is a combination of base pay and Restricted Stock Units (RSUs). The target base pay for this position is $138,000 - $213,200/yr.
