What you will drive
- Support the bi-weekly payroll cycle, including timecard review and pay data imports
- Perform bi-weekly audits to ensure policy and statutory compliance
- Document payroll policies, procedures, and internal controls
- Partner with HRIS Analyst and cross-functional stakeholders on HRIS and Payroll system initiatives

Profile
What makes you a great fit
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field with minimum 7 years of payroll experience
- Minimum 2 years of experience using ADP Workforce Now; experience supporting payroll system implementations preferred
- Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel, including INDEX, MATCH, SUMIFS, and data analysis functions
- Strong understanding of payroll-related laws, regulations, and compliance standards (e.g., FLSA, IRS, state/local tax requirements)
