What you will drive

  • Support the bi-weekly payroll cycle, including timecard review and pay data imports
  • Perform bi-weekly audits to ensure policy and statutory compliance
  • Document payroll policies, procedures, and internal controls
  • Partner with HRIS Analyst and cross-functional stakeholders on HRIS and Payroll system initiatives

Profile

What makes you a great fit

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field with minimum 7 years of payroll experience
  • Minimum 2 years of experience using ADP Workforce Now; experience supporting payroll system implementations preferred
  • Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel, including INDEX, MATCH, SUMIFS, and data analysis functions
  • Strong understanding of payroll-related laws, regulations, and compliance standards (e.g., FLSA, IRS, state/local tax requirements)
