Mission
What you will drive
Core responsibilities:
- Recruit, train, and support student leaders to organize on their campuses; lead Class Action's career funneling strategy and co-develop high-impact campaign goals
- Forge partnerships with faculty, administrators, funders, and allies to bolster campus-level and national campaigns; help coordinate annual conference; represent Class Action at public events
- Use social, video, and written media to shift norms; support students in storytelling efforts
- Support up to 10 student-led campus-specific campaigns; create organizing resources; host virtual and in-person student gatherings

Required qualifications:
- Experience working with students/young adults
- Strong communicator (public speaking, writing, social media)
- Skilled project manager, able to handle multiple initiatives
- Prepared to set ambitious goals and take on end-to-end ownership of established priorities
- Adaptable team player able to support shared responsibilities in a dynamic startup environment
- Ability to establish and maintain relationships with diverse stakeholders
- Alignment with mission & understanding of higher ed equity
- Comfortable with occasional travel/flexible schedule
