Senior Operations Manager

Core responsibilities:

• Drive operational excellence across the Enterprise Services division through strategic planning, resource optimization, and continuous improvement
• Manage budgeting processes, financial reporting, and resource allocation to ensure efficient operations
• Lead process improvement initiatives and cross-division coordination to enhance service delivery and client support
• Prepare and monitor operational and financial data to track trends, inform decision-making, and support organizational goals

Required qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree and eight years' experience in operations, or equivalent combination of education and experience
• Extensive experience in operations leadership, strategic planning, and resource management
• Strong proficiency in project management and financial systems with ability to interpret complex data
• Highly proficient with Microsoft Office applications and demonstrated ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
