Senior Operations Manager

• Lead ReNew2030's annual budgeting process with ECF finance, ensuring clear cost mapping to donor lines and timely variance analysis
• Maintain and manage RN2030's risk plans and registers, including coordination with relevant ECF teams
• Lead RN2030's grantmaking plan and day-to-day operations, and timely on-granting to partners
• Oversee operational management and supervise, guide, and develop the team in areas such as on-granting, procurement, governance and ops-related donor work

This role supports scaling global wind and solar capacity fivefold by 2030, contributing to a 1.5°C-consistent pathway while strengthening energy security, creating jobs and delivering health, climate and economic benefits.

• At least 10 years' experience in operation management, project/programme management and/or administration
• Bachelor's or master's degree in business administration, economics, international development, finance or another relevant area
• Strong track record in financial management, with a high level of attention to detail in budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting
• Proven line management experience, including setting priorities, supporting professional development, and conducting performance reviews
