Senior Officer, Data Analytics & Visualization

• Lead data analytics and visualization efforts to support evidence-based decision-making.
• Develop dashboards and reports to communicate program impact and operational insights.

This role enables Evidence Action to scale evidence-based interventions that improve lives, by making data accessible and actionable for program teams and stakeholders.

• Proven experience in data analytics and visualization, with proficiency in tools like Tableau, Power BI, or similar.
• Strong SQL skills and experience with data manipulation and analysis.
• Ability to translate complex data into clear, actionable insights for diverse audiences.
