Mission

What you will drive

  • Serve as the primary NERC compliance contact with clients and ensure timely and complete compliance reporting
  • Perform Gap Analyses to identify NERC deficiencies and provide action plans for compliance
  • Support clients with audit preparation, registration, and certification issues
  • Develop procedures to meet operational and compliance requirements

Profile

What makes you a great fit

  • Bachelor's degree with minimum 5 years of applicable experience or equivalent
  • 4+ years of experience with NERC Standards and compliance programs
  • Knowledge of power plant or transmission operations and/or planning experience
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with excellent business and technical writing
