Mission
What you will drive
- Serve as the primary NERC compliance contact with clients and ensure timely and complete compliance reporting
- Perform Gap Analyses to identify NERC deficiencies and provide action plans for compliance
- Support clients with audit preparation, registration, and certification issues
- Develop procedures to meet operational and compliance requirements

Profile
What makes you a great fit
- Bachelor's degree with minimum 5 years of applicable experience or equivalent
- 4+ years of experience with NERC Standards and compliance programs
- Knowledge of power plant or transmission operations and/or planning experience
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with excellent business and technical writing
