Mission
What you will drive
- Develop, implement and maintain ReNew2030's MEL system, managing the programme theory of change and indicator framework
- Provide practical data capture and build concise dashboards showing portfolio-level progress, risks and trends
- Provide end-to-end grant lifecycle support including screening, due diligence, contracting, disbursements, monitoring, and compliance
- Synthesize findings into learning briefs and donor-ready results reports with decision-relevant insights

Profile
What makes you a great fit
- At least 7 years' experience in M&E preferably in philanthropy, international development, or civil society, climate & energy
- Bachelor's or master's degree in business administration, economics, international development, data/statistics, or another relevant area
- Excellent knowledge of M&E frameworks including logic models, ToC, KPIs, and qualitative/quantitative indicators
- Proven ability to demonstrate project and programme impact and turn complex analysis into clear insights
