Senior MLOps & Data Systems Engineer

• Design, build, and maintain scalable ML pipelines for data ingestion, annotation, training, evaluation, and deployment.
• Integrate annotation workflows with upstream data ingestion and downstream training systems to enable efficient model iteration.
• Implement monitoring, logging, and feedback systems to track model performance and drive continuous improvement.
• Develop CI/CD workflows for ML systems and optimize compute resources across cloud environments.

This role directly contributes to making micromobility safer and more accessible by building the data and ML infrastructure that powers features like tandem riding detection, precision parking validation, and sidewalk riding prevention, reducing accidents and improving urban mobility.

• 5+ years of industry experience in MLOps, ML infrastructure, data systems, or related roles.
• Strong programming skills in Python and experience with ML frameworks such as PyTorch or TensorFlow.
• Experience building end-to-end ML pipelines and integrating annotation workflows.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or related field (or equivalent practical experience).

Base salary range determined by location and experience; discretionary annual performance bonus opportunities and equity may be included. Remote work within Canada.
