What you will drive
- Lead the strategy, development, and execution of integrated marketing campaigns to drive DTC sales and in-store retail velocity.
- Own content creation, social media strategy, community management, and influencer campaigns.
- Execute retail media strategies across platforms like Amazon, Instacart, Walmart Connect, and Kroger Precision Marketing.
- Analyze campaign performance and retail sales data to optimize ROI and inform strategy.

Profile
What makes you a great fit
- 6–8+ years of marketing experience with a focus on emerging or high-growth CPG brands.
- Proven track record of leading campaigns that drive measurable brand, DTC, and retail impact.
- Deep experience with retail media networks (Amazon Ads, Instacart Ads, Walmart Connect, Kroger Precision Marketing).
- Strong background in shopper marketing, influencer campaigns, and cross-functional leadership.
