What you will drive
Core responsibilities:
- Support the development and implementation of marketing initiatives across multiple channels, ensuring consistent, compelling messaging aligned with organizational goals
- Manage social media strategy, content creation, scheduling, and community engagement across platforms like Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and LinkedIn
- Assist in creating and executing integrated marketing campaigns (email/text), managing CRM lists, and tracking campaign performance
- Contribute to content development for website, blog, educational resources, newsletters, and press materials, including curating community stories
- Assist in website management, SEO optimization, and user experience improvements while monitoring performance metrics

What makes you a great fit
Required qualifications:
- 2-4 years of experience in communications, marketing, or related field (nonprofit marketing experience is a plus)
- Strong writing, editing, and communication skills with experience in social media platforms and email marketing tools
- Proficiency in graphic design tools (Canva required, video editing software desirable) and experience with HubSpot or strong desire to learn
- Ability to work effectively in fast-paced environment, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and meet deadlines
- Experience with Discord server management and community moderation is a plus
