Senior Manager, Vendor Oversight

Core responsibilities:

• Lead ISOC's enterprise-wide vendor governance and third-party oversight
• Oversee vendors and processes at all stages of the vendor lifecycle including onboarding and performance management
• Ensure vendor compliance and performance while providing cross-functional alignment across Legal, Finance, and Programmatic teams
• Act as the primary escalation point for vendor disputes, non-performance, or compliance issues

This role supports ISOC's mission to develop the Internet as a global technical infrastructure and force for good in society by ensuring effective vendor governance that enables the organization's operational growth and impact.

Required qualifications:

• 7–10+ years of experience in vendor management, procurement, or sourcing
• Strong experience with third-party risk management, contract lifecycle oversight, and policy governance
• Proven track record building or leading a Vendor Management Office
• Strong analytical and operational systems skills (Smartsheet, Box, Google Suite)
• Excellent communication, policy development, and cross-functional alignment skills
