Senior Manager, Underwriting

• Lead underwriting operations and manage a team of underwriters for profitable growth of the E&S property portfolio.
• Develop and execute underwriting strategies, evaluate complex risks, and ensure portfolio profitability.
• Build and maintain broker relationships, support product development, and ensure regulatory compliance.

This role helps businesses manage increasingly complex property risks, including wildfire and climate-related exposures, while building a more resilient insurance ecosystem.

• 7+ years of commercial property (E&S) underwriting experience, including wildfire and severe convective storms.
• 5+ years of leadership/management experience in commercial property underwriting.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Risk Management, Insurance, or related field.
• Strong knowledge of surplus lines regulations, commercial property forms, and catastrophe exposures.
