What you will drive
Senior Manager, Technical Support Unit (EAII Advisors) is responsible for leading the Technical Support Unit (TSU) team in providing high-quality technical support to EAII Advisors. The role involves managing a team of technical support specialists, developing and implementing technical support strategies, and ensuring that all technical support activities are aligned with the overall business objectives. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background, excellent leadership and communication skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. The role requires a high degree of autonomy, flexibility, and adaptability. The Senior Manager, Technical Support Unit (EAII Advisors) will report to the Director, EAII Advisors.

Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field. 10+ years of experience in technical support, with at least 5 years in a leadership role. Strong technical background in software development, testing, and deployment. Excellent leadership and communication skills. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Experience with technical support tools and technologies. Ability to travel up to 20% of the time.
