Mission
What you will drive
- Lead and manage the system design team to deliver high-quality, safe communication-based train control systems for projects, bids, and products.
- Oversee system design, signaling design, analysis, modeling, and simulation to meet customer requirements and ensure compliance with product technical requirements.
- Drive strategic decision-making, resource planning, and cross-functional coordination to achieve quality, budget, and schedule targets.

Profile
What makes you a great fit
- 10-20 years of experience in development of software-based system applications, with a technical background in system engineering and safety-critical systems.
- Bachelorโs degree in engineering (Systems, Electrical, Computer), Computer Science, or closely related field.
- Minimum 2 years of expertise in Urban Rail Signaling (URS) Systems or equivalent industry; minimum 5 years managing technical resources.
- Strong planning, organizational, communication, and leadership skills; experience with DOORS, Polarion, or similar requirements management tools.
