Mission
What you will drive
- Own the organization's partnership pipeline and coordinate the development of high-quality funding opportunities from prospect identification to proposal submission and award.
- Build intelligence, systems, and internal coordination to position R-Cities proactively with philanthropic, corporate, multilateral, and institutional partners.
- Manage the end-to-end coordination of concept notes, proposals, and other funding submissions, ensuring quality and timeliness.
- Maintain the partnership and proposal pipeline system, providing regular reporting and analysis to leadership.

Profile
What makes you a great fit
- At least five years of experience in strategic partnerships, business development, fundraising, resource mobilization, or program development.
- Experience coordinating multi-contributor funding submissions (proposals, concept notes, expressions of interest) through to submission and deadline.
- Direct experience working with philanthropic, institutional, corporate, or multilateral funders.
- Experience writing or editing funder-facing materials in English, and using a CRM or comparable pipeline management system.
