Mission
What you will drive
- Own the partnership pipeline and coordinate the development of high-quality funding opportunities from prospect identification through proposal submission and award.
- Develop and edit compelling funder-facing narratives that translate technical ideas and organizational strategy into clear propositions.
- Manage the partnership and proposal pipeline system, providing regular reporting, analysis, and forecasting for leadership.
- Monitor and synthesize developments across philanthropy, climate resilience, urban development, and related ecosystems to inform strategic decisions.

Profile
What makes you a great fit
- At least five years of experience in strategic partnerships, business development, fundraising, resource mobilization, or program development.
- Experience coordinating multi-contributor funding submissions (proposals, concept notes, expressions of interest) through to submission and deadline.
- Direct experience working with philanthropic, institutional, corporate, or multilateral funders.
- Experience writing or editing funder-facing materials in English, and using a CRM or comparable partnership and pipeline management system.
