Senior Manager, Sponsorship

Core responsibilities:

• Lead high-value event sponsorships and strategic corporate partnerships
• Build and steward senior-level relationships with corporate partners
• Shape compelling partnership propositions that translate complex global policy issues into attractive sponsorship opportunities
• Oversee a diverse portfolio of conferences, roundtables and convenings aligned with Chatham House's mission

This role expands Chatham House's partnerships and corporate fundraising to meet growing international demand for independent policy insight, supporting the organization's mission to provide analysis and solutions to global challenges.

Required skills and experience:

• Proven success securing six-figure partnerships
• Strong commercial mindset and fundraising experience
• Excellent networking and relationship-building skills
• Ability to translate complex global policy issues into attractive sponsorship opportunities

Salary: £55,000 - 60,000 per year (Dependent on experience).
