Senior Manager, Sponsorship

Core responsibilities:

• Lead high-value event sponsorships and strategic corporate partnerships
• Build and steward senior-level relationships with corporate partners
• Shape compelling partnership propositions that translate complex global policy issues into attractive sponsorship opportunities
• Oversee a diverse portfolio of conferences, roundtables and convenings aligned with Chatham House's mission

This role expands Chatham House's partnerships and corporate fundraising to meet growing international demand for independent policy insight, helping shape global affairs at a defining moment.

Required skills and experience:

• Proven success securing six-figure partnerships
• Strong commercial mindset and fundraising experience
• Ability to translate complex global policy issues into attractive sponsorship opportunities
• Confident fundraiser and networker with relationship-building skills

Salary: £55,000 - 60,000 per year (Dependent on experience).
