What you will drive

  • Build, scale, and lead a high-performing global Business Development Representative (SDR) organization to drive top-of-funnel pipeline generation.
  • Define outbound prospecting strategy, establish KPIs, and partner with Sales Directors and Marketing to maximize pipeline creation and revenue impact.
  • Manage, coach, and develop a team of SDRs, ensuring operational excellence and accountability.

Profile

What makes you a great fit

  • Minimum 10 years of experience in Enterprise Technology Sales with a proven track record of exceeding targets.
  • Minimum 5 years of direct management experience leading Sales Development or Demand Generation teams in a high-growth technology company.
  • Expert proficiency with Salesforce CRM and working knowledge of Sales Development Tech Stack and AI tools (e.g., Outreach, Clay, Intent Data tools).
  • Exceptional cross-functional collaboration skills and a coaching-centric leadership style.
