Senior Manager, Revenue Operations

• Build and scale go-to-market operations across marketing, sales, and customer success to ensure efficient commercial engine and predictable growth
• Own strategy, systems, and reporting for revenue generation including marketing automation, lead routing, pipeline forecasting, and process optimization
• Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and Finance leaders to align on metrics, processes, and execution
• Design systems and insights that power smarter decisions, accelerate revenue, and unlock next stage of scale

This role helps prevent power outages and reduce wildfire risks by enabling utilities to better manage vegetation risks through AI and satellite technology, contributing to a safer, more resilient electrical grid that supports communities during climate change.

• Expertise in HubSpot CRM administration, automation, workflows, and reporting
• Metrics fluency with ABM KPIs including pipeline coverage, conversion rates, win rate, sales cycle, and forecast accuracy
• Exposure to B2B business models, ideally in utilities, regulated industries, or account-based/sales-led growth environments
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with data-driven approach and process optimization focus
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
