Senior Manager, Real Estate & Construction

• Lead Real Estate Portfolio Strategy: Source, negotiate, and manage a diverse international portfolio of Lime's facilities across North and South America, ensuring alignment with business priorities and cost targets.
• Manage Construction Projects: Oversee planning, permitting, and execution of new facility builds and retrofits, with a focus on compliance with local codes, safety standards, and sustainability goals.
• Drive Budget Discipline: Ensure projects are delivered on time and on budget, balancing operational requirements with financial responsibility.
• Team Leadership: Manage, mentor, and develop a team of subject matter experts in Real Estate & Construction, fostering collaboration, accountability, and professional growth.

• Bachelor's/Master's degree in Real Estate, Construction Management, Business Administration, Engineering, Architecture, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
• 5+ years of experience sourcing, negotiating, and managing an international real estate portfolio.
• Proven experience overseeing construction projects with emphasis on code compliance and budget control.
• Experience managing and developing teams of program managers or similar roles.
