What you will drive

Core responsibilities:

  • Develop new products and take them to market by identifying opportunities, building business cases, and coordinating with cross-functional teams
  • Drive revenue and partnership growth by sourcing and managing relationships with donors, development agencies, and commercial partners
  • Execute projects and research by supporting early-stage product execution and overseeing research collaborations
  • Manage stakeholders and relationships by leading strategic partner management and representing the company in meetings

Profile

What makes you a great fit

Required skills and experience:

  • 7+ years in management consulting, strategy, partnerships, or product development with entrepreneurial skills
  • Proven track record of delivering consulting, research, or strategy projects end-to-end
  • Demonstrated experience generating $250k–500k in revenue from private sector, development, or NGOs
  • Sector experience in climate resilience, agricultural insurance, food security, financial inclusion, or climate finance preferred
