Senior Manager of Strategy & Planning

• Own the management of regional assets by turning high-level strategic plans into actionable market-level transactions and setting targets against OKRs.
• Lead complex cross-functional projects involving Supply Chain, Logistics, Finance, and Local Operations to ensure smooth allocation.
• Partner with Finance and Ops teams for annual planning, budget forecasting, and optimal resource allocation across European and ME markets.
• Design and implement scalable planning and reporting frameworks to streamline fleet and battery planning and allocation.

This role enables Lime to scale its shared micromobility services across EMEA, reducing carbon emissions by providing affordable, carbon-free transportation alternatives to car ownership.

• 6+ years of experience in management consulting, strategy and operations, or leadership roles within high-growth companies.
• Proven track record of steering teams and managing complex functional areas through ambiguity.
• Exceptional ability to interpret data into actionable insights; proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets required, with strong preference for SQL and dashboard creation.
• Bachelor’s Degree required; Master’s Degree or MBA is a plus.

Remote position with requirement to reside in UK, France, Germany, or Italy. Compensation details not specified.
