Mission
What you will drive
Core responsibilities:
- Design and implement an annual events plan and calendar that advances fundraising, growth, and impact goals
- Lead creative event concept development and oversee all logistical aspects including vendor management, budgets, and on-site execution
- Coordinate event fundraising efforts including corporate sponsorships, ticket sales, auctions, and donations
- Develop SOPs for event execution and build workflows for future event team members

Profile
What makes you a great fit
Required skills and experience:
- 8+ years of relevant leadership experience producing successful high-profile fundraising events, galas, and/or luxury activations
- Strong interpersonal and project management skills with ability to handle multiple stakeholders and priorities
- Exceptional communication skills including writing, editing, and correspondence
- Bachelor's degree preferred, experience with Salesforce/CRM and event management software preferred
