Profile

What makes you a great fit

  • Bachelorโ€™s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field; advanced degree or certification preferred.
  • 7โ€“10 years of progressive HR experience as a Senior Generalist or HR Business Partner.
  • Expert-level proficiency in HRIS (ADP preferred) and ATS software.
  • Strong analytical, communication, and collaboration skills with a commitment to inclusive workplace cultures.
