Profile
What makes you a great fit
- Bachelorโs degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field; advanced degree or certification preferred.
- 7โ10 years of progressive HR experience as a Senior Generalist or HR Business Partner.
- Expert-level proficiency in HRIS (ADP preferred) and ATS software.
- Strong analytical, communication, and collaboration skills with a commitment to inclusive workplace cultures.
