Mission
What you will drive
- Serve as staff lead to key member communities focused on diversity and inclusion, including the Inclusion & Diversity Committee, Womenโs Initiative Committee, LGBTQ+ Subcommittee, and the Patient Advisory Group (PAG).
- Manage activities for these communities at major meetings (TLM and DDW), coordinating with Education and Meetings Teams on sessions and networking events.
- Serve as Staff Liaison to diversity and inclusion committees, scheduling and facilitating meetings, developing board reports, and ensuring timely follow-up on action items.
- Manage AASLDโs committee framework to enhance effectiveness and transparency, including creating resources for committee performance evaluation and leadership development, and organizing engagement activities for Committee/SIG leaders.

Profile
What makes you a great fit
- Bachelorโs degree in business administration or related field, or equivalent combination of education, training, and experience.
- Minimum of 5-7 years of professional experience in volunteer or program management or similar role.
- Familiarity with diversity and inclusion and patient engagement issues is desirable.
- Strong organizational, project management, interpersonal, and communication skills; ability to work independently and collaboratively in a remote environment.
