Mission

What you will drive

Core responsibilities:

  • Content creation for gender transformative education (GTE) projects, including developing modules based on formative research and pilot testing, and creating digital products like interactive games, webinars, and online training modules
  • Training workshops for GTE projects, including planning and conducting trainings for thematic teams, scale-up teams, and external stakeholders, creating training calendars and monitoring tools, and ensuring training quality
  • Dissemination of content and publications, including providing regular progress updates, analyzing and reporting on content usage, and sharing information internally and externally as needed
  • Project and budget management, including creating quarterly plans, managing budgets, liaising with team members for implementation, and contributing to program reviews and donor reports

What makes you a great fit

Required skills, experience, qualifications:

  • Instructional design and facilitation skills, with publications and curriculum developed or co-authored
  • 10-15 years of relevant experience working with or in partnership with government entities
  • Good understanding of gender, education, GTE, rights, and related issues
  • Able to develop publications and facilitate sessions in Hindi and English, with strong partnership management skills including with academics, subject matter experts, government stakeholders, and CSOs
