Mission
What you will drive
- Manage a portfolio of approximately 100-125 high-net-worth individuals and family offices, prioritizing principal gifts of mid-six and seven figures.
- Execute tailored cultivation and solicitation strategies with senior leadership to generate at least $5M in philanthropic revenue annually.
- Align prospects' philanthropic goals with RMI's high-impact priorities for the clean energy transition.
- Partner with program teams to develop compelling funding proposals and stewardship reports, translating technical details into clear, outcomes-driven narratives.

Profile
What makes you a great fit
- 7+ years of experience in non-profit development, with a proven record of successfully soliciting gifts of $100K or more.
- Experience in the environment, climate, energy, or related fields required.
- Demonstrated success in building, cultivating, and soliciting a pipeline of both new and repeat donors.
- Proven experience with legacy and planned giving strongly preferred.
