Mission

What you will drive

  • Identify and pursue new partnership opportunities with utilities, governments, and other stakeholders across Canada.
  • Own a portfolio of key client and partner relationships as the primary point of contact, driving account growth through renewals, expansions, and long-term partnerships.
  • Build, coach, and manage a team of business development and account-focused staff, setting clear expectations and providing regular feedback.
  • Serve as the internal advocate for client needs across delivery, operations, and leadership, ensuring smooth project handoffs and coordination.

Profile

What makes you a great fit

  • 7+ years of experience in account management, client success, or relationship-driven roles.
  • Proven experience growing complex accounts and long-term partnerships.
  • Strong experience working cross-functionally and navigating multiple stakeholders.
  • Excellent communication, organization, and judgment, with a collaborative and hands-on approach in evolving environments.
