Mission
What you will drive
- Identify and pursue new partnership opportunities with utilities, governments, and other stakeholders across Canada.
- Own a portfolio of key client and partner relationships as the primary point of contact, driving account growth through renewals, expansions, and long-term partnerships.
- Build, coach, and manage a team of business development and account-focused staff, setting clear expectations and providing regular feedback.
- Serve as the internal advocate for client needs across delivery, operations, and leadership, ensuring smooth project handoffs and coordination.
