Senior Manager, Global Benefits and HR Operations

• Manage RTSL's global benefits strategy, including plan design, vendor selection, negotiation, and administration across all locations.
• Oversee HRIS architecture, data integrity, and system configuration to ensure seamless employee and administrator experience.
• Lead leave administration, compliance with US and international regulations, and serve as primary employee liaison for benefits and leave matters.

This role ensures that Resolve to Save Lives' global workforce is supported with competitive benefits and efficient HR operations, enabling the organization to focus on saving millions of lives from preventable health threats.

• 8+ years progressive HR experience in benefits, payroll, and HRIS administration.
• Experience working for a global NGO and administering benefits across different geographies.
• Bachelor's degree in human resources, business administration, or related field.
• Proficiency with HR and payroll systems; advanced knowledge of MS Office.
