Mission

What you will drive

  • Lead and deliver medium- to large-scale field data collection projects end-to-end, with full accountability for scope, timelines, budget, and data quality.
  • Drive delivery quality across the department by identifying systemic quality gaps and strengthening QA frameworks, while owning the end-to-end operationalization of SOPs.
  • Directly manage Country Field Operations Managers and indirectly lead large field teams, focusing on capacity building, performance management, and fostering a high-performance culture.
  • Act as a primary client contact for Field Operations for assigned projects, providing clear communication on progress, risks, data quality issues, and alignment on scope, methodology, and deliverables.

Profile

What makes you a great fit

  • 5–7 years of experience managing complex, multi-country projects in social enterprises, NGOs, the UN, private sector, or similar organizations.
  • Strong expertise in implementing and monitoring QA processes, ensuring data integrity and operational standards are consistently met.
  • Excellent organizational abilities and experience managing teams, coaching direct reports, and tracking performance to ensure high-quality outcomes across multiple geographies.
  • Experience in budget management, including forecasting, reporting, and variance analysis, coupled with a focus on operational efficiency and quality delivery.
