Senior Manager, Environmental Planning

• Lead pre-project environmental screening and due diligence for hyperscale data center campuses and power generation assets.
• Develop standardized environmental screening frameworks and risk matrices tailored to data center and energy projects.
• Translate complex environmental constraints into actionable guidance for land acquisition and corporate development teams.
• Establish scalable corporate environmental programs, policies, and KPIs to align development with sustainability goals.

This role ensures that Crusoe's AI infrastructure expansion is environmentally responsible, proactively managing risks to wetlands, water resources, and ecosystems while enabling the sustainable growth of AI compute capacity.

• 10–15+ years of progressive experience in environmental planning, permitting, and program management.
• Bachelor’s degree in Environmental Science, Environmental Engineering, or closely related discipline.
• Deep knowledge of federal, state, and local environmental regulations, particularly water, waste, and ecological resource permitting.
• Proven track record managing environmental compliance for large-scale industrial construction projects (data centers, power generation, etc.).
