Mission

What you will drive

  • Lead Antora's efforts to identify, evaluate, acquire, and complete development of energy projects for long duration energy storage (LDES) deployment
  • Manage relationships with renewable developers, navigate data rooms and due diligence processes, and serve as Antora's primary point of contact for project acquisition and partnership opportunities
  • Complete development of acquired projects including permitting, interconnection, and land rights, either directly or through outsourced development support
  • Partner with Engineering, Supply Chain, Finance, and Legal teams to assess project feasibility, structure deals, and execute transactions

Profile

What makes you a great fit

  • 8+ years of experience in renewable energy project development, with direct experience in project acquisition, M&A, or development partnerships
  • Track record of successfully acquiring and developing utility-scale renewable energy projects (solar, wind, storage, or similar)
  • Strong commercial judgment with ability to evaluate project economics, identify risks, and structure deals appropriately
  • Experience negotiating MIPAs, asset purchase agreements, project development agreements, and related transaction documents
