Senior Manager - Energy Engineering – Industrial

Position Overview:  We are seeking an experienced professional with a full understanding of relevant engineering concepts and experience with energy consulting projects, including energy audits, retro-commissioning (RCx) studies, conceptual development of capital energy efficiency, carbon reduction, renewable energy projects, and ability to resolve a variety of technical client issues. This is a client facing role that will include working with our Sales team to support Business Development efforts. This team member will lead a high performing team on exciting energy efficiency consulting projects. This job requires a fully qualified engineer who has shown previous success as a Project Manager or Senior Energy Engineer.

This role helps large commercial, industrial, and institutional organizations reduce energy consumption and carbon emissions through energy efficiency consulting, contributing to sustainability goals and climate change mitigation.

Required qualifications:

• 10-15 years of experience in energy and/or retro-commissioning field
• BS in engineering or higher with CEM certification
• In-depth knowledge of HVAC systems and process systems
• Proven track record of business development and client retention
