Senior Manager - Energy Engineering – Industrial

Core responsibilities:

• Lead completion of energy audits, retro-commissioning, investigations, and carbon reduction audits across various facilities
• Identify energy conservation projects and analyze data to quantify opportunities
• Manage project execution and staff assignments to ensure timely client deliverables
• Develop business opportunities by analyzing market trends and partnering with sales teams

This role helps large commercial, industrial, and institutional organizations reduce energy consumption and carbon emissions through energy efficiency consulting, contributing to sustainability goals and climate change mitigation.

Required qualifications:

• 10-15 years of experience in energy and/or retro-commissioning field
• BS in engineering or higher with CEM certification
• In-depth knowledge of HVAC systems and process systems
• Proven track record of business development and client retention
