Senior Manager Digital Development

• Provides strategic direction for all relevant technology efforts and manages competing priorities to achieve multiple project objectives
• Oversees and participates in all phases of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) for customer-facing web and mobile applications
• Manages staff maintaining and enhancing external digital presence, including responsive websites and mobile applications
• Plans and manages budgets, forecasts, projects, and associated staffing requirements while ensuring service delivery meets agreed service levels

• Minimum of 5 years of information systems management experience and 7 years managing large, high-volume, mission-critical systems
• Experience with ecommerce platform development, Analytics, SEO, and Content Management Systems
• Experience developing SharePoint, customer service applications, and mobile applications
• Experience leading highly complex projects using generally accepted project management principles and maintaining budgets for systems, vendors, and departments
