Mission
What you will drive
- Build, drive, and periodically update ICC's sourcing and solutions strategy and action plan aligned with overall ICC strategy
- Build and manage a dynamic portfolio of climate solutions across India, maintaining a repository of vetted solutions through Solutions bank
- Work closely with philanthropy team to align their priorities with ICC's curated pipelines and develop solution portfolios tailored for different funder segments
- Represent ICC at sectoral convenings, roundtables, and forums to highlight ICC's climate solutions pipeline and identify partnership opportunities

Profile
What makes you a great fit
- 8-12 years of experience in climate action, development, or philanthropy, with at least 5 years in managerial roles
- Master's degree in climate/environmental studies, public policy, international development, or related field preferred
- Strong understanding of India's climate ecosystem, including policy, philanthropy, and CSR
- Proven track record in sourcing, evaluating, or implementing climate/development projects with strategic thinking and excellent communication skills
