Mission
What you will drive
Core responsibilities:
- Oversee Organization-Wide Impact Measurement: Design, implement, and continuously refine rigorous impact measurement frameworks across multiple communication and programmatic channels to assess effectiveness, support decision-making, and inform strategic direction.
- Deliver Strategic Insights: Synthesize complex data into clear, actionable insights and proactively communicate strategic recommendations to diverse stakeholders, including leadership, board members, funders, and cross-functional internal teams, to support mission-aligned outcomes.
- Manage High-Impact Data Projects: In close partnership with stakeholders, organize, sequence, and manage large-scale, cross-functional data and analytics initiatives, ensuring alignment with established goals and technical standards.
- Support Team Leadership and Vision: Act as a senior thought partner on the Data Analytics team, helping to shape team strategy, define performance goals, and promote a culture of learning, innovation, and continuous improvement.

Profile
What makes you a great fit
Required skills and experience:
- 5+ years of experience in data analytics
- Strong project management skills with experience leading data infrastructure improvements, analytics initiatives, and strategic projects from inception to delivery
- Advanced data analysis skills with ability to work with large datasets using SQL to query, manipulate, and extract actionable insights from complex databases
- Extensive experience using BI tools such as Tableau, Looker, or similar platforms to create complex, interactive dashboards, reports, and visualizations
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with ability to translate complex data findings into clear, actionable insights for both technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Strong experience working in a cross-departmental capacity, collaborating with various teams to drive data-informed decision-making across the organization
