Senior Manager, Americas Logistics Operations and Global Trade Compliance

• Define and lead the logistics roadmap across North America —supporting product launches, city expansion, and fleet lifecycle management.
• Manage outbound logistics for vehicles, components, batteries, and charging infrastructure across air, ocean, road, and rail.
• Lead global trade operations, ensuring compliance with international customs regulations, hazardous materials rules (e.g., lithium-ion batteries), and export controls.
• Build and mentor the logistics team with capabilities across freight, compliance, and distribution, fostering a culture of cross-functional collaboration, accountability and speed.

This role supports Lime's mission to build a future where transportation is shared, affordable and carbon-free by ensuring efficient logistics operations that enable the deployment of electric bikes and scooters, contributing to reduced car ownership and carbon emissions.

• 10+ years of experience in global logistics or supply chain, with 5 years leadership experience.
• Proven success managing logistics operations in a fast-paced, global hardware or mobility environment (e.g., transportation tech, consumer electronics, e-commerce, or automotive).
• Deep expertise in international logistics, 3PL management, and regulatory compliance—including lithium battery shipping and reverse logistics.
• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Engineering, Operations, or related field; MBA or certifications (e.g., CLTD, CSCP) a plus.

The base salary range is determined by objective factors such as the candidate’s location and relevant skills and experience. Total compensation may also include discretionary annual performance bonus opportunities and equity.
